Reflecting on District C’s growth and impact

As 2024 comes to a close, we’re celebrating the incredible progress District C has made since we launched in 2017. Our mission has always been to prepare students for the future of work by equipping them with the skills that matter most in today’s rapidly changing world.

Through Teamship, students learn to collaborate effectively, tackle complex problems, and adapt to real-world challenges—skills essential for their future careers. This approach blends teamwork protocols, problem-solving processes, and innovative behaviors that transform the way students think and work.

Since launching our first Teamship program in 2017, there have been:

• 7,090 students have participated in Teamship, building critical skills for the modern workplace.
• 354 educators have become certified Teamship coaches, ensuring these mindsets reach classrooms nationwide.
• Teamship programs now span seven states, with virtual access expanding to students in 16 states.
• 113 schools and institutions have integrated Teamship, fostering innovation in education.
• 575 businesses have partnered with us, offering real-world challenges that make learning relevant.
