Coaching Institute Application
When we receive your application, we will reach out to schedule a 15-minute online conversation to answer any questions you might have. Each schedule option listed below consists of the following three phases:
PHASE 1: DO it — Work on a team with other educators to solve a real problem for a real business.
PHASE 2: SEE it — Complete video observations and debriefs. Observe recorded sessions of student teams and experienced coaches in action, and then debrief your observations with other Coaching Fellows and a District C coach.
PHASE 3: Certification Assessment — Earn District C certification by completing an online assessment with members of the District C team.
Spring 2025 Coaching Institute

Launch: Mon 3/3, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm ET

- Section B: Tue/Wed/Thu’s, 3/4 – 3/19, 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm ET
Pitch Event: Thu., 3/20, 4:00 pm – 6:15 pm ET

Video observations on your own time (2 hrs per week)
Weekly Debriefs
- Tuesdays: 4/8, 4/15, 4/22, 4/29, 5/6
- Section A: 4:00 – 5:00pm ET

Summer 2025 Coaching Institute

Fall 2025 Coaching
Institute
Official Fall 2025 dates to be announced
Location: Live online using Zoom
PHASE 1: DO it
Launch: Typically the first Monday in October
Team Meetings: Typically Tues/Wed/Thu’s, from 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm ET or 7:00pm-8:30pm for 3 weeks.
Pitch Event: Typically the 3rd Thursday in October.
PHASE 2: SEE it
Follows the DO it phase. Asynchronous video observations to weekly (~2 hrs per week)
1 hour synchronous weekly debriefs occur on Tuesdays for 5 weeks.
PHASE 3: Certification Assessment
75-minute session scheduled at your convenience following the SEE it phase.
Application will open Summer 2025.
