Over the summer, we wrapped up our largest ever cohort of the District C Coaching Institute. During the DO it phase, 61 coaching fellows worked together to create a compelling strategy to help a real business solve a real problem, culminating in a live pitch session where the fellows presented their ideas, heard feedback from business partners, and fielded Q&A.
Our Coaching Institute is unique in the professional development opportunities we offer: educators have the chance to work together in diverse teams to tackle real business problems in preparation for supporting their own team of students at their institution. Educators learn new skills and brush up on existing ones while working with businesses in their community.
